Jarl has worked for the Swedish Defense Materiel Administration (FMV), where he implemented and executed strategies for cyber security compliance at Europe's largest overland military test range. After his time at FMV, he's worked with hyperscale data center operations, focusing on high availability and scalability in a rapidly-growing sector of the industry.
Additionally, Jarl is a long-time active contributor to and and advocate for the open-source community, having worked on projects in everything from deployment automation to reproducible builds.
Josefin has a long history and broad experiences with business development, strategy and project management within the information technology and automotive industry. Among other things, she has worked at Meta's datacenter in Luleå, served as a senior advisor to regional investment coalitions, and managed business offerings for the Research Institutes of Sweden (RISE).
She is well-versed in managing complex projects with international teams, and has significant experience leading cross-functional collaborations between different cohorts.
Josefin is responsible for the overarching business strategies and development opportunities, as well as managing the company's project portfolio.
Fredrik has over 20 years of IT experience, including working for the Swedish Armed Forces (Försvarsmakten) with secure, classified environments and service in international military operations. His last 10 years have been spent honing and applying his skills within hyperscale datacenters, managing scalability challenges in an ever-increasing demand for capacity.
His past work as a network architecture engineer and information security supervisor brings critical skills to the team, especially with his deep knowledge of operational requirements in tough environments.
Fredrik is responsible for infrastructure architecture, security hardening strategies, and bespoke integration with customer systems.
